Another cute Faux Embroidery idea...

I thought this was so cute I had to share!
One of my FAVORITE little girls in the world brought this over to my home to show me and I immediately took pictures! Brookell made this "faux embroidery" for her school teachers for an end of year gift using the "My Sister...My Friend" pattern.
She was so clever she even made one of the little flowers into the year. AND she used her own hand writing which I LOVE!
Last year the same cute family that Brookell belongs to made the A+ Teacher into a "faux embroidery". It comes with an alphabet to fill in the teachers name BUT...again, the child used his/her own hand writing. Which made it that much more special!
I snagged some AWESOME pictures off of "Helping Little Hands" blog to show you how cute the A+Teacher looks. Polly did this one below and then had the class sign the matting to make it more personal. CUTE huh!
This next picture is also off of "Helping Little Hands" and I am only sharing it because I happen to LOVE this pattern in "faux embroidery". It is the "Sandbox Family" pattern.
I will admit...I thought I would feel like a cheater when I first tried "faux embroidery". But really, it is instant craftification! I also had a friend make over 20 of the "Growing with Values" for her Young Women and their birthdays. BRILLIANT!!!
Make sure to scroll down to see my newest deal of the month AND a brand new pattern!!!
(light bulb.....another good pattern for "faux embroidery")

I love how Brookell's turned out! I've been a slacker with teacher gifts this year. I should have my daughter make one...we've got 4 days left.
