How To Order

YAY! Twin Stitchers now has a website! So you can pay for your patterns and download them in the very same minute. It is so easy!!! But just in case you need help here are some step by step instructions for you...

1. If you see a stitchery pattern you would like on this blog just click on the picture and you will be redirected to the Twin Stitcher website. Or simply go to www.twinstitchers.com.

2. Shop around on the website using the "Categories" located on the left sidebar.

3. Select the patterns you would like by clicking "Add To Cart", if you would like to purchase multiple patterns then after you add each desired pattern to your cart click on "Go back to shopping" until all desired patterns are added.

4. Once your cart is full of your desired patterns click on "Go to Checkout"

5. You will now be redirected to a "login" page. If you are a returning customer just login. If not you will need to select "Sign Up" and create a login.

6. Once you are logged in you will continue your order. At this point you may add any special comments you wish for me to view or simply select "Continue to Checkout"

7. On this next screen you have the option to edit your order. If everything looks correct then click on the "Confirm the Order" button.

8. You will now be redirected to a Paypal login. Twin Stitchers only takes Paypal as payment. It is a trusted site and has been very reliable for us. You will now need to login to your Paypal account and then click "pay now".

9. Now you will be redirected back to the Twin Stitchers website with a message that reads "Thank you! We appreciate your business!"

10. Scroll down on this screen to the buttons that say "download". You will need to click on EACH download button provided. There will be a separate button for each pattern you have purchased so make sure you have them all! It is also a really good idea to write down or save your downloaded files in a place on your computer that is easy to remember.

11. Once you have all the downloads saved to your computer go to your downloads. All the files you have just downloaded are each in their own "zipfile". You will need to extract the file before you print the pattern. To do this simply "right click" on the zipfile and select "extract all". This will create an unzipped file in the same location as the zipped file. Double click on your unzipped file to open then select print.
12. If by chance you forgot to download a pattern on the final screen never fear...you will recieve an e-mail reciept from Twin Stitchers. Click on the "Click here for detailed invoice" link provided on that reciept. You will then be taken to an order information screen where your download buttons are still availble for you. Your downloads will expire in 5 days though so make sure to get them all before 5 days is up.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

All patterns come in PDF file form. You must have Adobe Reader in order to open these files. Most computers already have Adobe Reader but if your computer does not have it never fear...click HERE to get a free download.
